Upcycled tie-dye Adidas T-shirt 'Eye of the Lotus', Size S

I call this up-cycled t-shirt the 'Eye of the Lotus' as the swirling pinks and purples in a radial pattern remind me of the centre of a flower, or an all-seeing eye.

I found this t-shirt at a thrift store where its colour had faded to a sad grey, and it desperately needed a fresh start before it ended up in a landfill. I carefully removed all of the original colour before tie-dying it and bringing it back to life. I love how the Adidas stripes contrast with the waves of colour emanating from the centre of the top, giving it a sporty yet fun appeal. It measures 16 inches flat across the chest (pit to pit) and 22.5 inches in length (shoulder to bottom edge).

I have washed this t-shirt after dying it to ensure excess dye was removed; HOWEVER, please be cautious and wash on low temps and with similar colours to avoid any dye leakage for the first few washes. To preserve the vibrancy of this custom piece, please avoid using fabric softeners and tumble dryers, as this may cause the piece to fade more quickly.

This t-shirt will be packaged in plastic-free packaging to reduce any harm to the environment.
