"Mother Earth" Criss-Cross Half-sleeve Upcycled Sweater Size 2XL

This upcycled sweater is one of my most favourite pieces I've done to date. It features a silky soft texture with asymmetrical edges at the bottom, half-sleeves, and a flattering scoop neckline. I love how flowy it is, and it really invites movement and a sense of playfulness. When I picked it up at the thrift store, there was a small hole in the inner hemline and the once beige material had faded to a sickly off-white. I carefully repaired the hole, and tie-dyed it to give it a fresh lease of life. I used various green and blue hues to create a natural, earthy vibe that compliments the uniqueness of this sweater. Not only that, but I love how the rich blue in the centre of the sweater naturally draws the eye and radiates out. I could see this piece being the perfect cover-up after a rewarding yoga or gym session, or being styled to make a showstopping staple outfit.

I have washed this garment after dying it to ensure excess dye was removed. HOWEVER, please be cautious and wash at low temperatures and with similar colours to avoid any dye leakage for the first few washes. To preserve the vibrancy of this custom piece, please avoid using fabric softeners and tumble dryers, as this may cause the piece to fade more quickly.

This piece will be packaged in plastic-free packaging to reduce any harm to the environment.
